"Gaudi" mirror A friend of mine had a brightly colored glass vase that had cracked. He gave it to me saying "maybe you can make something out of this". I was inspired by the bright colors in the vase, and the brightly colored walls in my friend's apartment to create a design based loosely on the work of Barcelona architect and artist Antoni Gaudi. In addition to the shards that came from the vase, I added pieces of vitreous glass, mirror, and handformed little black tiles for the edge.
